the shock that is on there at the moment is the shockworks with rebound and a 550 weight spring never used that shock to be honest thats why it comes with the fox vannila r which needs a service but the shockworks is nearly new you can kill that in the meantime then get the fox fixed but you can still ride but your question about spring weight i am about your weight and yes 550 okay not to soft when you put the power through the cranks and still takes the bigger hits let me know.

Yeh The z1's are in amazing condition! I got them yesterday, was guna put them on my reign but ended up also getting some fox 32's. Looking for about £170 posted as I paid £175 posted for them. Everything works great on them, the travel is internally adjustable from 130-150mm and they have active lockout and rebound adjust.
