better than i expected they went straight on my girlfriends bike i had ring's and b/b lying in my spares cupboard she has a nice hardtail but all she use's it for is on a turbo trainer and the cranks she had on there were 170mm so the 175 is better for her leg length, but i have got to say she pushes out about 15 miles a day on it, two kids not enough time anymore, cheer's andy i'm well chuffed cause she is, matt

haha I remember the bongo.. really fancy an astra van!! thats luckily to be where you are man and the battery is the perfect medium between bighitter and dj or 4x finesse (bar weight), in colchester and essex we have jack shit. just parks in every other town but im useless at park! I was starting to build some trails but no one wanted to help me but were more than happy to come down when they were done, so I was going to build them in secret but lost motivation too much hard work and GCSEs imminent. oh by the way I cant legally drive either haha, but I definitely want an astra van!!! they look amazing with the blacked out or colour coded grill and vxr rims, huge car scene in colch funilly enough.. and a huge riding scene but everyone rides park, going cornwall tomorrow with the mc so should be sick!!! and your lucky to have so much access to trails
